Moorby said that he, along with others, lodged
at Kenworthy's farm.
At eight o'clock on the morning of 15th March 1904, Kenworthy
came upstairs, dragged him out of bed abd kicked him all over the
body.
Complainant went downstairs and got a pint of tea, and told defendant
he would have to pay for assaulting him.
Upon this, defendant again got hold of him and kicked him out into
the road.
Several times since, defendant had stopped him on the way to his work
and persistently maltreated him.
