Old Town
Old Town is a hilltop village area above Hebden Bridge and
part of the township of Wadsworth.
The name may have been taken from that of Old Town Hall Farm,
or – as Crabtree suggests – it may be called Old Town to
indicate that it is older than the village of Heptonstall
across the valley
