Here rest the remains of Ann the wife of Knight Spencer of Copley Hall in Skircoat who departed this life 14th day of January 1783 aged 51 years.     Also the remains of Knight Spencer senior of Halifax who departed this life the 25th day September 1803 aged 62 years.     A village Hampden who with dauntless breast The little Tyrant of his field withstood     Also the remains of Ellen daughter of the above who departed this life 27th August 1804 aged 30 years.     Also the remains of Hannah relict of the above Knight Spencer who departed this life the 10th day of September 1833 aged 83
