Inscription on the monument in the south-west corner of the Church 


Near this Place are interred the mortal Remains of
JOSHUA JACKSON of Barmbrough near Doncaster,
who departed this Life the 24th of July 1776,
in the 68th Year of his Age.
     
Also of
ELIZABETH, Wife of the above JOSHUA JACKSON,
who died the 26th of January 1787, aged 68 Years.
     
Also of JOHN JACKSON, Son of the above
JOSHUA & ELIZABETH, who died the 2nd of
February 1832, aged 81 Years.
