Pellon High Level Railway



The Pellon High Level Railway in the Wheatley Valley

These photos are of two similar massive stone and brick structures that carried the line over footpaths that run down into the Wheatley Valley.

One path runs off Church Lane, Pellon and is called Kitten Clough; the other runs from Mount Pellon to the side of Brackenbed Lane down on to what was Shroggs Tip
