To the Glory of God
and in loving memory of
EDWARD BERTRAM
WEST-SYMES
     
He was born April 1st 1880,
and died April 28th 1901
of fever
At Cape Town, South Africa
whilst serving in the
AMBULANCE BRIGADE
of the order of
St John of Jerusalem
in England.
     
"He being made perfect in a
short time fulfilled a long time"
