Will: 13th January 1625/6 John Broadley, clerk, of Sowerbie

I will that my two sonnes, Benjamin and John, shall have either of them one hundred marks, all my books and a chist and desk which were my daughter Anna's.

I give my brother Samuel Broadley tenn pounds, fortye shillings in hand and the rest in trust with Humphrey Drake and Thomas Binn to bestow it on Samuel as needed.

I give to Sara, Judith and Marie my wives three daughters each of them foure pounds as long as they do not demand more from their brother Robert Wade.

I give unto Samuel Broadley my brother Matthew's son four pounds, to Anna my brother Joseph's daughter four pounds, to Michael Broadley my brother Michael's son four pounds so as he deliver to my brother Samuel a bill of four pounds which he hath of him.

I give unto Marie Wade four pounds more which is in her hand and make her sole executrix. I give my servant Thomas Atkinson forty shillings. My wife shall have the lease of that part of my prebend which yieldeth sixteen pounds by year.
