The will of James Brodley of Southowram the elder
Jennet Brodley my wife shall have one halfe of all my farmhold on lease of the house and land where I now dwell.If she should die before the term is expired the remainder of the lease to my son Thomas Brodley.
The other halfe of the said lease or farm to Marie Brodley my daughter, and if Marie should die to Thomas.
Residue of all my goods to Thomas, Isabel, Marie, Dorathie, Alice, Susan, Sibbell and Elizabeth Brodley my children.
Alice, Susan, Sibbell and Elizabeth to remain with my wife during their minoritie.
I will that my said wiffe shall have the occupacon of my chymney so longe as she is my wiffe and when she shall either marie agane or departe this life then I will that the said chymney shalbe equallie devided amongst all my children.
