Richard Bryg of Heptonstall son of William Bryg senior now deceased to Isabel lately wife of Thomas Sayvyll of a tenement called Helywell' etc. and also an assart called Brokerode etc in Staynland and 3 acres in Staynland conditionally upon Richard remaining undisturbed in a messuage and 3 bovates, a plot [placea] of land called Potterclyff etc in the fields of Oldton' in Waddesworth and a plot of meadow called Ingegerd etc. which John Kyng once vicar of the church of Halifax granted to the aforesaid Thomas Sayvyll and Isabel in tail.
