Transfer of mortgage to William Townsend who agrees to lend John Lister a further £40.

Recites mortgage for £300 by lease and release dated 25-26th July 1770 between 1 said John Lister and 2 Robert Parker.

Also further mortgages between same parties (one dated 22nd August 1770) for £30 and £20.

Property: messuage at the Cow Green in Halifax, heretobefore in occupation of Robert Taylor, then of John Lister.
