The nuncupative will of Thomas Roper late of Northowram in the County of Yorke deceased by him made and published in word before his death upon the first day of Aprill Anno Domini one thousand six hundred thirty fower in the presence and hearing of the persons here undernamed in manner and forme followinge vizt First hee did commend his soule to God and his body to the earth in assured hope of eternal life Allso his will and minde was that all his true and lawfull debts and funerall expenses should be first payd and discharged out of all his goods and chattells And hee also willed that Mary his wife should have her thirds and rights in his said goods The residew and remainder of all his said goods and chattells hee did give devise and bequeath unto his seaven younger children Ann Martha Jeremy Mary Sarah Rebecka and Daniell Roper equally to be devided amongst them and did name make and appointe the said Mary his wife sole executrix of this his said last will to whome hee did committ the tuition rule and goverment of all his said children and of their portions goodes and Rightes duringe their minorityes wee whose names are hereunder written beinge witnesses hereof the day and yeare above said Michael Bentley Nathan Drake John Bentley

Probate by Maria Roper widow of the deceased The last day of March Anno Domini 1633 (sic) the correct date must be 1635
