1390, 22 June. Gift (for term of 1 life) from John de Brytwesil, chaplain, and Richard son of Rihard de Owetakyr, to Alice dau. of Robert de Owetakyr, of all lands etc which they had by feoffment of Robert son of John de Simundston in the vill. of Simundston, to hold for term of her life for the chief lord of the fee, etc.

Witnesses: William Banaster of Alwetam, Richard de Habrynqam, Robert de Holden of Simundston, and Richard de Stansfeld. Dated at Simundston, Wed. before St John Baptist, 14 Rich. II.
